Consider providing a personal fun fact (i.e., “I’m a 5th grade spelling bee champion” or “I can sing every Prince song by heart.”)

  2. Share successes. Briefly, go around the table again. What’s one success in your work that you’d like to share?

  3. Dig in and explore one or two challenges. Explore a couple of challenges for the work. What tips, tactics, strategies, or solutions can you offer your peers?

  4. What brings you hope? Share something (big or small) that gives you hope. Share your words of hope via the QR code on the screen.
