Peer Roundtable Lunch Rooms
Please gather at table rounds, according to your area of work. Download the map to see the location of each peer group.
After you’ve gathered in peer groups, please lead your table in the following conversation format:
Start with introductions (about 30 seconds each). Share what you’d like to share such as: name, role, pronouns, organization, length of time in the role or in the sector, location. Consider providing a personal fun fact (i.e., “I’m a 5th grade spelling bee champion” or “I can sing every Prince song by heart.”)
Share successes. Briefly, go around the table again. What’s one success in your work that you’d like to share?
Dig in and explore one or two challenges. Explore a couple of challenges for the work. What tips, tactics, strategies, or solutions can you offer your peers?
What brings you hope? Share something (big or small) that gives you hope. Share your words of hope via the QR code on the screen.
